Job Title: Learning and Development Associate Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the execution of technical and role-based learning programs across the organization. This highly organized individual will help manage learning initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring a smooth experience for stakeholders and learners alike. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support role-based training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced), including scheduling, communication, enrollment, and tracking completion. Manage logistical elements of training such as meeting invites, learner communications, facilitator support, course materials, evaluations, and follow-ups. Serve as the primary administrative support for the L&D team—monitor shared inboxes, schedule internal meetings, maintain program calendars, and track requests. Maintain accurate records of learner participation and completions using tools such as Cornerstone LMS. Use survey platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Perceptyx) to gather learner feedback and monitor training effectiveness. Support content organization and digital file management to ensure easy access to job aids, SOPs, and learning materials. Assist in pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, and communicating program results to stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Excel. Help identify opportunities for improved learning coordination processes and contribute to documentation of standard procedures. Collaborate with L&D Specialists and instructional designers to ensure training experiences align with operational goals. Serve as a point of contact for learners, managers, and facilitators regarding training logistics and questions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Learning Coordinator, Training Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role supporting learning or talent development. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with learning technologies and tools such as Cornerstone LMS, Udemy, Articulate, Canva, etc. Experience using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint). Ability to analyze and report on training data using Excel or visualization tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, or Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Customer service mindset with the ability to support teammates at all levels. Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or matrixed organization is a plus. Interest in learning industry trends and a desire for continuous professional growth.
