Data Analyst Role Job Summary: This role involves working with SQL to analyze data and create reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Power BI, Agile Development methodology & associated tools. Familiarity with business requirement gathering and documenting processes using Visio or other visual tools is also desired. Key Responsibilities: Gain Epic Cogito certification Work with customers to understand their needs and provide superior customer service. Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency. Nice-to-haves: Understanding of a Healthcare setting, specifically with Epic. Ability to work across multiple projects, teams, and program areas. Requirements: 1 - 3 Years working with SQL 1 - 3 Years working with Microsoft Power BI 1 - 3 years of experience with Agile Development methodology & associated tools 1 - 3 years of experience with business requirement gathering and documenting processes using Visio or other visual tools. Superior customer service skills and a strong affinity for process improvements. Certifications/Education: Epic Cogito certification Bonus Points: Excellent attention to detail.
