Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Sourcer to support our U.S.-based sourcing and recruiting efforts. This role focuses on administrative recruitment tasks and operational support, ideal for someone with sourcing experience and strong familiarity with recruitment tools. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates for various frontline and corporate roles using databases, job boards, and sourcing tools to assist the U.S. recruitment team. Organize and manage candidate pipelines, folders, and tracking templates to ensure efficient recruitment processes. Maintain accurate records in our ATS to guarantee data consistency and quality. Format resumes and prepare candidate presentations for hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. Research market trends and generate talent maps to support sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes. Support recruiters by drafting job postings, email templates, and reports to enhance communication and collaboration. Monitor sourcing KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and optimize recruitment efficiency. Coordinate tasks like interview scheduling or email communications as needed to ensure seamless recruitment processes. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR administration—ideally for U.S.-based roles. Experience using HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools to streamline recruitment processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Advanced English language proficiency to effectively communicate with U.S.-based clients and teams. Proficiency with spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and project/task tools like Trello or Notion to maximize productivity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual team environment with shifting priorities. Availability to work in Hybrid mode, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Nice to Have: Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments (blue & white collar roles) to develop expertise in large-scale recruitment. Familiarity with Workday, Avature, or Kenexa BrassRing to expand knowledge of recruitment software and systems. Understanding of U.S. time zones and work culture to navigate global recruitment challenges.
