**Electrical Solutions Specialist Role Summary** This position requires an Electrical Solutions Specialist to provide system level solutions to customers. The specialist will be responsible for concept design of electrical system architecture and equipment, understanding relevant codes and standards for electrical power equipment and installations, and coordination with other technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of electrical power system design, including good CAD capabilities and the ability to represent layouts and electrical schematic diagrams. They will also be skilled in dimensioning and specification of electrical equipment and installations, as well as knowledge of short circuit and protection coordination study calculations and modeling tools. **Key Responsibilities:** Reading and understanding customer requirements provided by sales teams Concept design of electrical system architecture and equipment Understanding of relevant codes and standards for electrical power equipment and installations CAD Modeling Coordination with other technical disciplines (architectural, structural, HVAC, controls, fire protection) Technical project coordination with customers and suppliers Communication with customers in order to propose the best solution Making technical proposals for Vertiv modular solutions data centers Providing electrical design documents **Required Skills and Qualifications:** Proficient in Electrical power system design Good CAD capabilities including the ability to represent layouts and electrical schematic diagrams Dimensioning and specification of electrical equipment and installations Knowledge of short circuit and protection coordination study calculations and modeling tools Active user of Windows, MS Office incl.
