Director of Sales Operations We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Operations to lead the development of our sales infrastructure in our CDMX office. About the Role: This pivotal position will focus on building a high-performing sales function from the ground up, aligning strategy and execution to support a diverse portfolio of hotel brands across the US. Develop and execute customized sales strategies that address the unique characteristics of multiple hotel brands and customer segments. Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver strong performance. Implement sales processes, tools, KPIs, and reporting to create visibility and accountability across the function. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an agile executor—someone who thrives in building systems, leading high-impact teams, and adapting to market trends with a creative and forward-thinking approach. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: BUILDING A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES FUNCTION: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. LEADING AND DEVELOPING A TEAM: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Requirements: Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on multi-brand hotel portfolios. Proven experience building or scaling a sales function from scratch or in high-growth environments. Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Strong understanding of the US and CDMX markets and their evolving customer landscapes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
