Job Description: Housekeeping Supervisor Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest-facing service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team with confidence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including public areas, crew areas, and the pool area. This will involve assigning tasks to staff members, providing guidance and training as needed, and monitoring progress to ensure high standards are met. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure all areas meet high standards. Assign tasks to staff members and provide guidance and training as needed. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
