This includes managing ad budgets, creating ad copy, targeting audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends in display, video, and native advertising. Key responsibilities include developing innovative sales strategies, building relationships with key media buying agencies, clients, and advertising entities to drive growth of ad revenue across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to solution sell to both business and technical audiences. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must possess 7+ years of proven broadcast advertising sales experience and 3+ years of advertising sales experience. Additionally, a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends in display, video, and native advertising is essential. A strong sales and negotiation skillset is required, as well as an ability to solution sell to both business and technical audiences. Key Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or business administration. Executive-level presentation skills and strong communication skills are also highly desirable.
