Job Description

Sales Manager Position Drive growth and expansion in the Mexico and North LATAM region by executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with local leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of regional sales strategies to increase market presence. Identify and develop scalable go-to-market plans tailored to regional needs. Cultivate strong relationships with distributor partners, resellers, and dental professionals. Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partner sales teams. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry. Expertise in digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM workflows, or comparable technology-based solutions. Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico and the broader North LATAM region. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. Deep understanding of regional regulatory requirements for medical devices. CRM proficiency and comfort using data to drive decisions. Why This Role?
