Primary Responsibilities: Manage and monitor a large portfolio of low-dollar accounts. Send invoice copies and payment reminders to customers via email. Process credit card payments and assist customers with payment-related inquiries. Conduct email campaigns to encourage timely payments and improve collections. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in finance, accounting, or business is a plus. 0–2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with accounting or CRM software is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm ET USA Role is currently work from home (WFH) however if business needs arise role could be transitioned to in office in Monterrey, Mexico region.
