REMOTE/HIBRYD Education Bachelor's Degree in technical or business management or equivalent in education and experience Bilingual +3 years combined professional experience in: Aftermarket product development and launch - Essential Operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, or program management Molding, assembly process Ability to lead and motivate employees Excel, Project Management, APQP Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership of our New Product Introduction projects. Serves as the single point of contact for assigned projects Oversees cross functional collaboration to ensure project objectives and deadlines are communicated and met Creates, tracks, and reports status of appropriately detailed project plans for high visibility projects.
