Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial records. Responsibilities: Verify transactions (payments, sales, collections, and costs) are properly posted and updated. Manage tax tasks, including DIOT filing and monthly/annual tax compliance; respond to SAT requests and manage e-filing platforms. Post journal entries for payroll, sales, cost, depreciation, and amortization. Prepare intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany accounts, including foreign currency valuation. Reconcile bank accounts and month-end cash collections. Close and reconcile AR, AP, and inventory balances. Review and correct system batch errors. Manage importations and customs processes; support inventory valuation. Prepare and file VAT, income tax, and payroll tax returns. Submit monthly electronic accounting to SAT and support annual income tax preparation. Administer IMSS processes, including employee entries, terminations, and changes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in manufacturing or multinational environments 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including month-end closings, reconciliations, and journal entries Experience with SAT compliance, IMSS procedures, inventory control, and financial reporting About This Role: Journal entry posting (payroll, recurring, sales, cost, depreciation, amortization) Intercompany billing and reconciliations Foreign currency valuation Inventory valuation and reconciliation Cash and bank account reconciliations Sales tax and income tax filings SAT electronic accounting submissions IMSS compliance and employee change management (new hires, terminations, updates)
