Ellipse Solutions, LLC, a US-based Software Consulting company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist on a newly established Monterrey team to upkeep and improve Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure for internal use and for the global customer base using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Teams, Office 365 and other related solutions. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with US-based internal team and US-based customers is required Hands on experience in provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the system hardware and software, and related infrastructure is required. Prior exposure to Microsoft Azure technologies and products, including Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365, and SharePoint is a big plus. Fundamental understanding of relational databases and basic DBA skills, specifically for Microsoft SQL Server is beneficial. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields is preferred. Solid English communications skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. Responsibilities: As a member of the global infrastructure team a successful candidate will be involved in the following activities: Maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Teams, and SharePoint. Working with internal infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the software and hardware components. Administration of Power Platform for the development of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Automate. Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues reported by customers and internal personnel. Management of licensing and subscriptions policies for Microsoft products and services. Participation in continuous education including obtaining Microsoft products and technology certifications identified by the company.
