At AXA, we strive to be the partner that drives our policyholders, colleagues and partners to achieve their goals, grow together and thus fulfill our mission of better protecting more mexicans.Are you ready?Key ResponsibilitiesPerformanceDeliver performance targets including the development of international health business, product management, claims management and project management.Make appropriate underwriting & business development decisions according to the risk appetite and other relevant conditions.Maintain a constant and agile pipeline of differentiated customer-centric International Health insurance productsDeliver key business projects in line with the development strategy of AXA Mexico and AHI.Strategy Setting, Planning & ForecastingDevelop the growth strategy for International Health in Mexico and shape the optimal operating model.Develop and implement the annual business plan (including distribution and operations) and objectives to achieve company targets and feed into the annual global planning process for AHI.Collaborate with teams across AHI globally to align distribution and operations strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.Set targets, quotas, and performance metrics, monitoring progress, and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Implement forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict revenues, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.Leadership & Team ManagementBuild and lead the International Health team in AXA Mexico.Nurture strong ties within and between AXA Mexico and AHI leveraging local and global capabilities and assets when required.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.Lead, mentor, and motivate the International Health team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets.Ensure the International Health team in Mexico remains connected and engaged to the wider AXA business (AXA Health International, AXA Health Division and AXA Group).Evaluate tools, technologies, and systems to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve effectiveness in conjunction with the wider AHI distribution team.Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory and AXA Group policies, procedures, and regulations, including pricing guidelines, contract terms, and ethical standards.Partner Management Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.Select and manage TPA and health management service provider if required.Market Insight & Brand AwarenessRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build professional networks.Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust strategies, tactics, and positioning accordingly.Analyse performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.Believing in yourself takes you further. #KnowYouCanWe are a company that respects diversity and promotes inclusion.
