We ensure that our clients' digital investments return value to their business.At T&M Consulting, we are looking for a Defect Coordinator who plays a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality business solutions by managing the overall defect cycle, collaborating with stakeholders, driving initiatives, and facilitating defect triage meetings.Responsabilities:Lead defect management throughout various test phases, in coordination with Test Managers, Global Test Lead, and Platform teams.Coordinate with internal IT, development, and third-party vendor teams for timely defect resolution.Define and refine defect management processes, ensuring proper approvals.Triage defects, assign action owners, and drive resolution progress.Track, monitor, and report on defect metrics and KPIs.Conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with Platforms and Data teams.Facilitate structured and goal-oriented defect triage meetings.Requirements: 4+ years of experience in software testing, defect coordination, QA, or related fields.Proven success in defect management within large-scale projects.Experience in multicultural, globally distributed environments.Strong root cause analysis and preventive action skills.Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest Manager).Ability to interpret and report on defect KPIs, and provide recommendations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Solid understanding of QA and testing principles.Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.English, ADVANCED is a mustNice to Have:Experience in FMCG or global multinational environments.SAP ERP/S4HANA experience and integration with business platforms.Familiarity with domain-specific testing (Manufacturing, Supply Chain).Exposure to test automation (Tosca, AI-driven QA, predictive analytics).Formal certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).Business proficiency in French or other European languages.Send your resume with salary expectations to are an equal opportunity employer.
