You will offer consumer insights to provide input to programs and to help define a technical strategy. You are the single point of contact for packaging on the regional team and prioritize packaging resources to develop and execute global and regional innovation and renovation programs. As a people leader, you will coach employees and develop them to build the talent pipeline. You will also ensure there is a robust intellectual property strategy in place, manage compliance to Mondelēz-relevant policies and government regulations.
