Role Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master – Monterrey Employment Type: Contract Duration: 9 months (through April 2026) Location: Monterrey, MX – Onsite 3–4 days per weekRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master based in Monterrey, Mexico, to support a major Customer Experience (CX) transformation program. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office presence (3–4 days per week) and offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative expected to run through April 2026.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Agile and hybrid project delivery frameworksFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestonesMonitor timelines, risks, and progress across project phasesRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum MasterStrong knowledge of Agile and hybrid project methodologiesExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in Customer Experience (CX) programs is a plus, but not required
