Job Summary Lead and optimize the end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain functions—warehouse, transportation, imports/exports, inventory control—to support manufacturing, ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Operations Design and implement logistics policies, strategies, and process improvements. Oversee daily receiving, warehouse, picking & kitting, as well as inventory control strategies. Import/Export & Customs Management Ensure full compliance with U.S.–Mexico customs laws, (CTPAT) Inventory & Warehouse Control Supervise inventory accuracy (cycle counts, discrepancies), 5S, materials planning (days on hand), and scrap-reduction efforts. Supplier, Carrier & Budget Management Negotiate with suppliers receiving windows, standard packaging, product integrity, Be an active participant in solving quality issues regarding what’s related to Wrh operation Team Leadership & Training Lead, coach, train logistics teams; propose, lead, encourage others to execute improvements projects using Kaizen methodology. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Track performance metrics (OTD, Inventory Accuracy, discrepancies), analyze data, and drive process improvements. Compliance & Safety Comply with safety, environmental, ISO standards; ensure customs/legal/regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Eng, Business, Intl. Trade, etc.) Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/ supervisor of hourly and salary employees, within maquiladora or manufacturing contexts Fluent Spanish / English (bilingual), advanced writing and negotiation skills Proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (e.g. SAP MM), advanced Excel, logistics software Leadership capabilities with team coaching, performance management, and stakeholder coordination Valid passport and Visa Preferred Bonus Skills: Certified SCM/logistics professional, and continuous improvement background.
