Job Title We are seeking an experienced Materials Laboratory Lead to join our team focused on materials innovation and applied industrial research. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in materials science, particularly those with experience in polymer behavior, rheology, and cross-functional technical support. This role is responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of materials analysis within a physical testing laboratory. The selected candidate will ensure the proper validation of raw materials and formulations, while also leading continuous improvement strategies that strengthen result consistency and decision-making support across local and regional teams.
