Position Objective: Provide operational and administrative support to the Procurement department in sourcing activities, supplier management, purchase order creation, and logistics follow-up. The intern will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes in an international manufacturing environment. Main Responsibilities: Support the creation, follow-up, and closure of purchase orders in the ERP system. Source and request quotations from national and international suppliers. Track deliveries, follow up on issues, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams. Keep supplier databases, price lists, and contracts up to date. Assist with comparative analysis of quotations (price, quality, lead time). Support internal audits and compliance with procurement policies. Prepare reports and track procurement KPIs. Requirements: Active student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Valid internship agreement with a university. Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory – able to communicate with international suppliers via email and video call. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
