Job Description Join our team as an Area Sales Manager, West and Central, based in Punta de Mita at Susurros del Corazón and in Riviera Maya at Etéreo, Mexico. The role involves sourcing leisure business to maximize room revenue, aligning with the collection's strategic goals. Reporting to the Area Director of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with the revenue team to ensure the leisure sales strategy supports the properties’ business needs. This position manages two Auberge Resorts in Latin America and is home-based, preferably in Texas or California. Manage account and sales goals within the assigned region. Support revenue targets by generating leisure business for each property. Organize and execute direct sales efforts via phone, email, and in-person meetings, averaging five prospecting efforts per day. Participate in weekly Revenue Management calls and other scheduled meetings with the Area Director of Sales and property teams. Maintain and update the regional client database accurately. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Qualifications Required Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience. At least 3 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment. Proven success in increasing hotel sales revenue. Desirable Experience selling multiple properties or brands. Experience in international hotels or resorts. Experience working remotely in a sales role. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience working with leisure-focused professional organizations.
