Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering projects Oversee design, manufacturing, process control and y and technical maintenance activities Manage, coach, and support engineering and technical staff Manage departmental budgets and control cost Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance and logistics departments Propose and implement technological and productivity improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study 5+ years' of experience in a similar role within the metalworking industry Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, welding and lean manufacturing Advance English level Proven leadership skills, decision-making abilities, effective communication and results-oriented mindset.
