As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and employee engagement. Responsibilities: Support key HR processes and provide excellent service to operational personnel. Assist in offboarding processes, including resignations and contract terminations. Contribute to the execution of corporate campaigns and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Help coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction courses. Provide assistance to the HR Generalist in daily activities. Collaborate in the planning and execution of internal events. Requirements: Active student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (must be an active student). One year or more remaining until graduation. Good level of English (reading and writing). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with HR processes and documentation. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in employee engagement and internal communication.
