Job Overview The Customer Service Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, verifying inventory levels, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve any backorders. Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Manage backlogs and proactively identify potential issues that may impact customer delivery dates. Upload invoices into customer portals and manage billing activities. Monitor inventory levels and report on stock availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely order fulfillment. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A strong command of the English language (C1 level) is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in Office 365 and ERP systems is necessary. Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
