Manufacturing Expert A snapshot of your daily responsibilities. You will oversee the production process, coordinating with various teams such as maintenance, quality, and EHS to ensure timely execution while adhering to safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency. Develop and implement activities for expansion projects and improve existing processes to boost productivity. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other teams to resolve operational issues. Manage purchase requisitions in the ERP system. Define specifications for new services, tools, and equipment. Maintain machinery dossiers under your responsibility and deliver them to relevant areas. E nsure compliance with quality and safety regulations in the production area. Train personnel in operating new equipment, manufacturing techniques, and processes. Contribute to planning and executing improvements to the construction process. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector. English proficiency: B2. Ability to interpret and read electromechanical drawings. Familiarity with high-risk activities: Electrical work, welding, cutting, working at heights, excavations, pressure vessels. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. Experience with project management and software related to project control. Data analysis and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with design and manufacturing software tools: CAD, ERP, etc. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
