What You Will Do: Lead the plant’s Reliability Excellence (RE) strategy to achieve Zero Maintenance Downtime , driving initiatives that reduce equipment failures and improve efficiency. Optimize planned maintenance processes, applying root cause analysis to eliminate repetitive issues and standardize predictive maintenance practices. Manage maintenance budgets aligned with AOP goals, reducing costs across labor, overtime, spare parts, and contracted services. Support capital projects, ensuring seamless operational integration, maintainability, and technological competitiveness. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as key certifications (TS 16949, OHSAS 18000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000). Mentor and develop a team of professionals, building high-performing associates aligned with Goodyear’s values and business goals. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics). 5–10 years of technical experience in industrial environments, preferably in tire manufacturing or similar industries. Fluent English and strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance (equipment, facilities, and infrastructure). Experience with TPM principles, predictive maintenance, and statistical tools (MTBF, MTTR, OEE). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
