Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Consultant with proven expertise in supply chain human rights and environmental due diligence, responsible sourcing, and supplier engagement to join our Advisory team. This role will be instrumental in accelerating the development and growth of strategic ESG due diligence, risk management, and special investigation services. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and passionate professional who can help clients address their most pressing sustainability and supply chain challenges. They will bring an investigative and curious mindset, approaching social and environmental risk management from a strategic, problem-solving perspective. Key Responsibilities: Assess client situations critically to identify risks and challenges related to ESG and supply chain sustainability Develop innovative solutions to support clients’ sustainability and compliance objectives Engage directly with client teams in Sustainability/ESG, Compliance and Risk Management, and Procurement Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of private-sector clients, including major global and regional companies in sectors such as consumer goods, retail, food and agriculture, and real estate Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience in human rights and environmental due diligence within supply chains Strong client engagement and communication skills Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach to ESG and risk management Passionate about advancing sustainable business practices
