We are looking for a motivated and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient management of financial resources, maintaining liquidity, ensuring timely payments, and contributing to the success of our national and international operations. The person may be located in Monterrey, Mexico, or El Salvador. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, including investigating and resolving discrepancies. Control of balances and bank transactions. Verify that all payments made from the Treasury area are properly supported. Ensure that payments to suppliers are made on time and in accordance with agreements. Funding of accounts for the company and suppliers, for the payment of remittances. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or financial analysis. Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and treasury operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) with the ability to collaborate across departments. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and eAiciency.
