As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure an efficient, well-organized office environment. This role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to keep our workspace running smoothly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Office Administration (Front & Back Office) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Greet visitors and manage meeting logistics, including video conferencing setups. Manage office supplies, equipment, mail, and vendor relationships. Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and IT. Operations Support Assist with coordinating internal events, meetings, and schedules. Support document control, digital filing, and administrative workflows. Manage office inventory and procurement processes. Finance & Vendor Coordination Process office-related invoices and ensure timely payment tracking. Communicate with vendors regarding services, contracts, and orders. Monitor operational budgets and petty cash handling. Health, Safety & Compliance Monitor compliance with office safety and emergency protocols. Maintain records of safety training and incident procedures. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
