Vapotherm, IncDescripción y detalle de las actividadesPACIFICO AREA The HR Business Partner – Operations is responsible for supporting all HR-related needs for the entire Operations Department, with a particular focus on developing leaders and retaining top talent. This position will work closely with leaders of the Operations teams including VP Operations, Plant Manager, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality. In this role, the HR Business Partner – Operations must exhibit a strong understanding of what high performance looks like, what Vapotherm’s mission-driven culture entails and how to deeply engage with teammates at all levels. The HR Business Partner – Operations requires written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English at a C1 level or higher.
