What You Will Do Lead the management and optimization of contracts, supplies, and operational resources, including office materials, reusable materials, and facility services. Oversee plant operations by supervising security, cleaning services, and cafeteria operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. Enhance employee experience by maintaining recreational facilities, managing employee credentials (e.g., ID cards, mobile devices), and providing exceptional front-office services. Strategically manage valuable resources such as metal scrap (e.g., Au, Cu, Al) and reusable materials (e.g., plastic, wood, cardboard) to support sustainability and cost-efficiency efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of plant uniforms, security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control), and employee-focused programs. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational management roles. Strong proven ability to lead and oversee multiple functions or projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of managing contracts, operational supplies, and facility-related services. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments. Conversational Profency English level for international communication. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in managing recycling or sustainability programs (e.g., metal scrap, reusable materials). Familiarity with employee-focused programs such as recreational facilities and wellness initiatives. Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
