TheSpecialist Sales Operations Iis a fantastic opportunity to join the operational side of Donaldson inside of our Industrial Services Business. The role interacts daily with a variety of groups in our organization including but not limited to service coordinators, sales, accounting, and our customers directly. This role will provide operational support to the US national service team by managing customer-facing administrative activity to enable service execution. This role helps to facilitate lead management through CRM. Additionally, this role supports customer/vendor setups, supports AR/AP, customer follow up, and miscellaneous support projects. The role is on a growing team and ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Role Responsibilities: · Assist in managing AR and AP for services. · Sending invoices directly to customers and following up on any questions/concerns. Managing payment and sending statements for past due customers. · Compile various safety reports and data from broader Donaldson. · Processing and monitoring CRM leads and follow up. · Compiling information to complete expense report monthly. Maintaining expense records for audit purposes. · Assist in managing maintaining EHS internal and external records for service execution. · Additional administrative duties as needed to support the business. Minimum Qualifications: · 1 years’ experience in same position or related · Demonstrated computer aptitude (CRM, MS word, excel, outlook) · Prior customer-facing experience · Fluent in English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree · Strong attention to detail · Experience with Environmental, Health and Safety reporting (ISNet, Avetta) · Basic accounting experience · Ability to learn business processes, systems, and data relationships. · Self-starter, strong communication skills, and willingness to work cross functionally across the organization · Willingness to help build and improve your role and the business
