Location: Monterrey Function: Supply Chain Sub-Function: Demand Planning Type of Contract: Permanent Provide internal AmEx Stakeholders, the supply OpCos, as well as relevant Regional and Global functions with medium and short-term demand plans with high levels of certainty, considering commercial strategies and initiatives, and ensuring collaboration with sales roles. Drive relevant insight generation to provide suggestions and valuable input for forecast improvement to AmEx Distributors, Commerce Team, and Finance. Control and maintain the integrity and accuracy of Master Data. Coordinate the TPM Implementation Agenda within AmEx Supply Chain functions. Responsibilities include: Define and control the forecast consolidation process for MTO and Replenishment markets. Determine forecast data quality to ensure required corrections and revisions are in place before distributing the data to other departments. Establish forecast accuracy standards based on internal performance studies and industry benchmarks, and set company goals accordingly. Select appropriate statistical methods and base forecasts for commercial collaboration to enhance forecast accuracy. Develop forecasting tools for use across demand planning processes. Specify KPIs for monitoring demand planning, including standard metrics and additional relevant indicators. Identify and decide on projects/tools to improve Demand Planning, TPM, and Master Data processes. Define and control the process for consolidating Strategic and Annual Plan volume forecasts for all markets. Set TPM implementation priorities and agendas for all Supply Chain functions. Requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting. Minimum of 8 years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Management, or Commerce. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and SAP; CIL experience is a plus. Experience with Power BI and Database Management.
