Job Summary Coordination of customs clearance of import/export shipments and transportation across various countries/regions. Responsibilities Guide project teams and suppliers on import/export activities, including requirements, transportation options, timelines, costs, and risks. Obtain and track import/export permissions, ensuring validity and quotas are maintained. Notify teams of upcoming expiration of permissions. Prepare necessary customs clearance documents. Communicate with suppliers, customs brokers, and transport companies regarding shipment details. Coordinate customs clearance processes. Maintain shipment tracking and update project teams and depots. Process bills related to delivery and customs clearance. Arrange courier deliveries (excluding own depots). Maintain rate cards and request cost quotes from couriers and brokers. Submit logistics documents to eTMF where applicable. Monitor quality of customs brokers and courier services. Participate in handling claims. Source study drugs and materials locally where depots are present. Provide reporting and reconciliation of activities. Follow Worldwide’s procedures. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. The listed duties are not all-inclusive. Requirements Higher education degree. Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken). At least 1 year experience in logistics activities, including import/export operations or clinical trials. Relevant internal experience is considered. Skills: Responsibility, accountability, communication, ability to perform under demanding situations, proficiency in MS Office.
