*** Demand Planning and IBP Adherence Manager - Europe - Remote ***About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Demand Planning and IBP Consultant to join an international team driving excellence in demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning demand, supply, financials, and strategic goals for a leading global organisation.Importantly, the primary goal of this project is to track how well different teams and markets are adhering to the established supply chain planning process — not to build the process itself, but to assess whether it is being followed properly and consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Demand Planning ProcessesDevelop and manage accurate forecasts of customer demandLeverage historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputsMonitor IBP AdherenceEvaluate and report on how effectively teams are applying the IBP frameworkIdentify gaps and recommend improvements in compliance and consistencyImprove Forecast Accuracy & Process DisciplineMeasure forecast performance and drive improvementsEnhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagementStakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply ChainKey RequirementsIBP ExpertiseDeep understanding of monthly IBP cycles and process designExperience monitoring process adherence in complex organisationsDemand Planning SystemsStrong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or APO, Oracle Demantra, o9, or similar toolsData & Analytics SkillsAdvanced ExcelPower BI or TableauBasic SQL and statistical modellingStakeholder CollaborationProven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teamsContract DetailsLength: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)Location: Fully remote (must be based within Europe)Start: ASAPHow To ApplyIf you are passionate about demand planning, IBP, and driving process compliance across international teams, please send your CV and availability to ****** #J-18808-Ljbffr
