Your Job Molex is seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Technology Team. This pivotal role focuses on managing key products while driving the development of the Unified Front-End (UFE) Framework and spearheading its rollout across additional sites. You will also play a key role in designing and implementing new systems such as UFE MMS, leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies to deliver innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based solutions to create a global framework supporting enterprise and site-level applications. Lead a team in developing frameworks and applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards. Build solutions capable of managing multi-cluster deployments across locations and supporting high user volumes (up to 20,000 users). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into robust technical solutions. Implement best practices and adopt advanced technologies to optimize performance, supporting the One Molex vision. Perform rigorous unit, system, and automated testing to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions. Continuously monitor and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and enhance user experiences.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Expertise with leading cloud platforms, including AWS (EKS), Azure, and Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of system performance analysis, tuning, and optimization. Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript and related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams. What Will Put You Ahead. Experience with the ABP Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, microservices architecture, enterprise solutions, and multi-cluster designs. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions with a focus on performance optimization.
