We want to talk to you.We're 8020Recruit, a recruitment agency working across the U.S. and Latin America, and we're looking for ahigh-volume Recruiterwho can run 10–12 interviews a day, follow up with precision, and help build talent pipelines that actually deliver results.What You’ll Be DoingConduct 10–12 structured interviews per day (mostly 30 min each). Create a friendly and open environment where candidates feel heard and motivated. Track candidate progress and follow up if they’re missing steps (resume, assessments, availability, etc.). Move fast — but with attention to detail. Keep the hiring manager updated with notes, tags, and relevant signals.
