Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts. Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients. Qualifications4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience (SaaS, tech, or B2B experience is a plus). Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo). Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
