General Purpose of the position This position requires operational abilities to coordinate diverse workflows and the capability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities Coordination of influencer contracts: Managing timelines and requirements for all internal contracts, acting as a liaison with the legal team to ensure clarity and alignment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Internal conversion reports: Maintaining dashboards, budgets, calendars, and internal reports to support decision-making and conversion tracking. Management of business travel: Handling travel logistics and internal coordination for business trips. Coordination of workflows as needed: Building and managing workflows, tracking progress, and following up with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Coordination of social media giveaway shipments: Managing the logistics and coordination of social media giveaway shipments, handling the complexity of campaigns and activations. Process optimization: Identifying bottlenecks, improving existing systems, and implementing scalable processes to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) 3+ years of experience in social media/marketing Previous experience in project coordination Experience in project management, operations, or Chief of Staff-type roles, ideally in marketing or social media environments. Super organized, proactive, and resourceful. Excellent written communication and people skills. Able to move fast, prioritize well, and handle multiple projects at once. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and collaborating with stakeholders. C1 English Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
