This position will primarily focus on complex order entry and change orders and have a diverse range of responsibilities to support Donaldson Industrial Solutions CustomersRole Responsibilities: Processing complex, technical orders from customers and inside Sales and communicating with the plants. Processing and changing technical information on orders as a liaison between customers, sales, and plants in a timely and professional manner. Exhibiting excellent communication, both written & verbal. Being able to problem solve and know when to hand off more complex matters. Showing the ability to retain information and work in a fast paced/high volume environment. Prioritize workload as working in different programs and working with a variety of different groups within the company. Answer phones in a professional and timely manner. Minimum Qualifications: Previous customer Service experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment at least 1 year of experience in same position or similar. Demonstrated organization skills and data entry accuracy. Associate’s degree or higher English conversational Preferred Qualifications: Professional customer service experience Previous customer Service experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment Experience with Oracle and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily) Ability to adapt and pivot properly, especially in high-pressure situations. Demonstrated experience as a proactive problem solver. Ability to prioritize and stay on task. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow-through on work assigned. Excellent computer skills Strong math aptitude
