Location: MonterreyType of Contract: Permanent Provide internal AmEx Stakeholders, the supply OpCos, as well as relevant Regional and Global functions with medium and short-term demand plans with high levels of certainty, considering commercial strategies and initiatives, and ensuring collaboration with the sales roles. Drive relevant insight generation to provide suggestions and valuable input for forecast improvement to AmEx Distributors, Commerce Team, and Finance. Control and maintain the integrity and accuracy of Master Data. Coordinate the TPM Implementation Agenda within AmEx Supply Chain functions. · Define and control the forecast consolidation process for MTO and Replenishment markets. · Determine forecast data quality to ensure required corrections and revisions are in place before distributing the data to other departments. · Establish, based on internal performance studies and industry benchmarks, the required accuracy standards for generating and collaborating on sales forecasts across different dimensions, to set company goals for these processes. · Decide on the best statistical method and base forecast to be used for commercial collaboration to enhance forecast accuracy. · Develop forecasting tools to be used across the demand planning processes. · Specify KPIs (for both MTO and Replenishment markets) to be monitored by the department, in addition to Heineken's standard metrics. · Decide on projects/tools to be implemented to enhance Demand Planning, TPM, and Master Data processes and KPI improvement. · Define and control the process to consolidate Strategic and Annual Plan volume forecasts for all markets. · Define TPM implementation priorities and agenda for all Supply Chain functions. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, or Finance/Accounting. · Minimum of 8 years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain related topics, Finance, Revenue Management, or Commerce. · Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) & SAP; CIL experience is a plus. · Skills in Power BI and Database Management. · Knowledge of international trade is desirable. · Strong communication skills.
