Resumen de Posición:Sales Assistant to provide all the administrative sales support together with Distributors order entry, order status and order shipment to meet delivery on time for customer satisfactionResponsabilidades Esenciales:To provide customer and distributors service for immediate answer regarding order status to give customer full satisfaction and sales administration for optimum control that offers the required support for our order results- To provide to the Distributors order entry and shipment status- To attend Distributors and customers, invoicing, collecting and warranty issues- Order entry report to identify correct SOARS information- Salestracker complete process administration including format value- Savings report for the sales department- PEMEX reports and document administration requirements- Actively participate in conferences, lectures and trainings performed by the company- To participate in weekly sales meetings actively, providing internal information status of the orders- To support the sales engineers to keep the information of the e-quote log updated, related to all the information for company proposals (bids).- To comply with official regulations and company requirements for HSE program.- To perform such other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor, not covered in this job description.Requisitos del Puesto:**EDUCATION**:Technical or related*****CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS**: Eprism/SOARS systems**EXPERIENCE**:1 years minimum**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:- Minimum experience in similar positions of three (1) years.- English written and spoken at least 85%- To know PEMEX installations and documental requirements
