We are seeking a seasoned Scent Account Manager This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop unique skills and contribute to the Scent commercial team's success. About the Position The ideal candidate will have: Strong relationships with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities for profitable sales. Ability to identify innovative solutions that exceed customer and consumer expectations. Proven track record in managing and executing complex projects by leading cross-functional teams. Effective negotiation skills for contracts with customers. In-depth knowledge of the consumer fragrance industry to target and create sales and growth opportunities. Requirements To be successful, you will need: A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or any other Economic field. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the specialty chemical and/or fragrance industry. Previous experience working with multinational customers is an advantage. Understanding of operations and logistics dynamics is essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong knowledge of these programs.
