Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and sustaining process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. This role involves conducting thorough evaluations of current-state processes using tools such as process flowcharts, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis techniques. You will analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop future-state processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in problem-solving techniques and lean methodologies, with a strong analytical aptitude and structured thinking skills. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Leading cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects aligned with operational and strategic goals. Analyzing data to determine root causes of performance gaps and implementing corrective actions. Defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process capability and performance. Providing subject matter expertise in continuous improvement tools and techniques, including process reengineering and statistical analysis. Required Skills and Qualifications The following skills and qualifications are required for this role: Over 3 years of experience in Problem-Solving Techniques and Lean Methodologies. Fluent English language skills. Experience with Advanced Excel tools for reporting. Leadership and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
