Role Description The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and sustaining process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. This role conducts thorough evaluations of current-state processes using tools such as process flowcharts, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis techniques. Main responsibilities Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects aligned with operational and strategic goals. Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop future-state processes. Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process capability and performance. Collect and analyze operational data to determine root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and productivity through structured problem-solving methods. Provide subject matter expertise in continuous improvement tools and techniques, including process reengineering and statistical analysis. Design and deliver training sessions on CI methodologies, including DMAIC, Lean Principles, and Problem Solving frameworks. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial and operational impact of improvement initiatives. Qualifications Over 3 years of experience in Problem-Solving Techniques and Lean Methodologies. Fluent English. Experience with Advanced Excel tools for reporting. Leadership. Analytical Aptitude & Structured Thinking. Effective communication. Education Industrial Engineering or related fields.
