Job Description

Senior Team Leader Position A Senior Team Leader is required to oversee the daily operations of a team of call center associates and serve as a mentor and coach to a group of Team Leaders. This role ensures that performance metrics are met by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability for both associates and Team Leaders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the day-to-day performance of a team of Call Center associates. Act as a mentor and coach for a group of Team Leaders. Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to foster team development. Motivate teams to achieve and exceed performance targets. Ensure accountability from both associates and Team Leaders regarding performance metrics. Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Team Leader in a customer service (Call Center) environment. Bilingual (Spanish and English), with a C1 English level preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
