Product Development Expert The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product development with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Main Responsibilities: Design and Develop New Products : From concept to production, our team members are responsible for creating innovative products that meet customer needs. Improve Existing Products : We optimize cost, quality, and manufacturing processes to ensure our products remain competitive in the market. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Product development experts work closely with quality, engineering, and production departments to ensure seamless execution. Maintain Technical Documentation : Our team members keep product documentation up-to-date to support ongoing development and support. Provide Technical Support : During product launches, testing, and validation, our product development experts provide critical support to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as a product engineer (metal-mechanical industry is an asset). Proficiency in CAD software. Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards. Advanced English proficiency.
