We're Hiring: Join Us in Driving Innovation in the Metal-Mechanic Industry Are you passionate about leading new product introductions from concept to production? Do you have hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and want to be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings designs to life? We're looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to help us launch high-impact products. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage NPI projects from concept to production. Evaluate manufacturability of new designs and propose improvements. Develop and validate production processes, tools, and fixtures. Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams. Conduct pilot runs and process validations (PPAP, FAI). Prepare technical documentation (work instructions, PFMEAs, process flows). What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering. Knowledge of metalworking processes (machining, welding, stamping, assembly). Proficiency in CAD tools (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
