Job Title Product Launch Engineer - NPI Role We're looking for a seasoned Product Launch Engineer with expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to join our team. If you have a passion for driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams, this role may be perfect for you. Coordinate and manage NPI projects from concept to production, ensuring timely and successful product launches. Evaluate manufacturability of new designs and propose improvements to optimize production efficiency. Develop and validate production processes, tools, and fixtures to meet quality and performance standards. Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct pilot runs and process validations (PPAP, FAI) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare technical documentation (work instructions, PFMEAs, process flows) to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or mechatronics engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the metal-mechanic industry. Knowledge of metalworking processes, including machining, welding, stamping, and assembly. Proficiency in CAD tools, such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively across functions. Join Our Team
