Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist About the Job: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our HR department, including recruitment and interviewing, payroll administration, union-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Administer all components of the payroll system, semi-monthly and weekly payrolls timely and accurately. Ensure accurate earnings and deductions in compliance with Federal, State, local laws for Mexico employees. Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Enroll new employees and assist with benefit inquiries. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Over 3 years of relevant experience in HR, solid knowledge of payroll. Strong knowledge of labor laws, union practices, and collective bargaining processes. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of gross to net payroll calculations, ability to create reports and perform analysis. Fluent in English or Chinese (Chinese a plus).
