We are currently looking for an "Senior Human Resources Generalist" for our new MX Site in San Luis Potosi. ***Only English Resumes Will Be Considered*** Department: Human Resource Reports To: General Management Level: Senior (3 years experience required) Job Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment and interviewing, payroll and benefits administration, handling union-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Administers all components of the payroll system, semi-monthly and weekly payrolls timely and accurately. Ensure that the calculation of earnings and deductions are accurate and completed in a timely manner, in compliance with Federal, State, local laws for Mexico employees. Administer all employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Enroll new employees in benefits programs and assist with any benefit-related inquiries. The payroll admin must also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Process payroll information associated with newly hired employees, terminated employees, wage verification, withholding allowances, pay rate changes, status changes, benefit deductions, payroll garnishments and direct deposits. Verify Pre-Tax as well as post-tax deductions as prescribed by Company Benefit Policies. Review and maintain payroll system databases for employee payroll data. Maintain physical employee payroll files. Review, verify and ensure proper accounting and accuracy for all payroll transactions, benefits, and accruals. Contact and resolve with payroll system any discrepancies and related questions. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and union representatives, participating in and supporting collective bargaining negotiations by preparing relevant data, documents, and proposals. Ensure proper interpretation and compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and assist in investigating and resolving employee grievances related to union matters. Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications : Over 3 years of relevant experience in the HR field, with solid knowledge of payroll. Strong knowledge of labor laws, union practices, and collective bargaining processes. Robust experience with Government regulations, law & compliance (LFT, INFONAVIT, IMSS). Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, detail oriented, and synthesizing skills. Knowledge of gross to net payroll calculations, ability to create and run reports and perform detailed analysis. Fluent in English or Chinese (Chinese is a plus). Comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment. A good communicator and know how to professionally speak with people at all levels. Working Schedule Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 3:30PM. Work location: Logistik 2 in SLP.
